Neurotherapist · Physiotherapist · Psychology candidate (UAIC)
Alexandru Baciu is a Romanian neurotherapist based in Iași, Romania, and the developer of the H3 Method. The framework grew from a decade of clinical practice integrating neurotherapy, physiotherapy, and psychological work — particularly the recurring observation that single-modality interventions often miss the interaction between cognitive, autonomic, and somatic dimensions of anxiety.
He is the founder and clinical director of Alchimeia, an integrative medical clinic in Iași with 25 therapists across neurotherapy, psychotherapy, integrative medicine, and physical rehabilitation. The H3 Method has been refined through clinical use across this team. He completed training in QEEG, neurofeedback, photobiomodulation, and tDCS in neurotherapy; P-DTR (Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex) and chiropractic in physiotherapy. He is completing his degree in Psychology at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iași.
He is currently leading the first structured research study on the H3 Method's effects on EEG and HRV regulation in anxiety. The framework is in active development, with a planned training program for licensed clinicians expected to open in late 2026 or 2027.
